The excellent wine cellar of La Terrazza Segreta offers the right wine pairing for every menu, with a large selection of wines from the well-known Italian growing regions, including interesting local wines. For example, plants from the Costaripa winery from the Valtènesi growing area in the southern neighborhood of the Eden Reserve. Excellent rosé wines are grown here. The growing areas of Valpolicella, Franciacorta and Lugana are in the immediate vicinity.
Chef Marco Carasi is a young and talented chef who brings both local and international experience and translates this into classic and inspired menus. He is now in his fourth season leading the kitchen team, which also includes sous chef Nicholas Bonoldi.
